Interview
First round - Going through interview and "tell me about yourself" (phone)
Second round - Behavioral interview talking about how you handled certain situation. If you haven't been through the situation, just tell the recruiter, it's ok. The recruiter is looking for concrete examples and follows the STAR interview process so be sure to do research on your resume and prepare several solid instances where you had to deal with leadership, problem, and decision situations. (phone)
Third round - In-house interview. Interviewed with two managers. The first round was behavioral. Basically you need to demonstrate a good understanding of the industry and show, through your interview, your attitude. Again, it's behavioral and is similar to the second round. The second interview is with a senior manager and basically it's a chat. The senior manager may give you a stress interview, in which case you need to keep your composure even if you don't know the answer to certain questions. Just say that you don't but have an attitude that shows that you are willing to learn. (In-house)
Key - make sure you know all details of your resume. Spend days preparing and google online what is to be asked.
Prepare a lot of thoughtful questions not to show how much you know but how much you care. Don't just ask a question and move on, ask follow up questions to show that you have digested the material.
Also be sure to do extensive research on the company. There may be questions about the value and mission statement of the company. It's good to know.
