Interview
Four rounds in standard: HR screening, Group Interview, Manager Interview and Partner Interview.
HR Screening: verify all the background information on the CV, discuss about your knowledge of the company and your willingness to work in the company.
Group Interview: case study which is very relevant to the company's business. In my case, two groups work on different case at the same time and then challenge each other.
Manager Interview: behavioral interview. Get prepared for all your past experiences and rehearsal before the interview. Tell stories. The interviewer will get really deep into the details such as asking you to draw the slides you have made.
Partner Interview: in my case the questions are quite general.
If on the waiting list or being redirected to other teams, two more rounds would be expected: the manager and the partner one.
