Interview
Interview consists of 3 round. First is a meet and greet type interview to tell you about the company and for you to ask questions, as well as to review your resume and identify initial fit. Second round is meeting with 2-3 senior managers for behavioral interviews. Final round is office visit, where there's a presentation and then meetings with another 2-3 senior people. They're technically behavioral interviews as well but it's more of a Q&A session to determine if the company is a culture fit than anything else.
