I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process was fluid and transparent.
They first asked me to introduce myself
Next I introduced myself and told them about my projects. Then they asked me how team members resolved any difference of opinion if any, while doing the project.Next they asked me what cources ,or what I had done during lockdown to improve my skills and knowledge. Then they asked me if i had any failure or negative incident in my college ,if yes how did I overcome it.They also asked me which subjects I hated the most and how I worked to gain intrest in those subjects. After they were satisfied with my answers they asked me if I had any questions and then interview was over.
It was a two round process where 1st round involved technical question and 2nd round mostly managerial round where they test your ability to manage the project and how you handle the situtation
I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Manila, Manila) in Jul 2026
Interview
It was automated via a Talegent assessment, including learning agility, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, innovation/creativity, tech-saviness/curiosity, English language skills, and C++.
The test was easy, barring the C++ portion. The test suite was a bit broken at times though and required multiple reloads.
