- Interview with HR representative: basic questions, market size task.
- Assessment Centre: numerical an logical tests, role-playing game, few team games, e-tray exercise. All activities in local czech language except one in english (role-play game).
Generally, very positive atmosphere and professional fair treatment of managers, HR and assessment team.

The most difficult is an Assessment centre day but with a good preparation can be dealt with no stress.
Colloquio di gruppo con altri candidati. L'obiettivo era testare la personalità dei candidati e la loro attitudine alla risoluzione dei problemi. Probabilmente vi era anche una fase di osservazione dei candidati durante la fase di preparazione delle attività.
Chiacchierata conoscitiva, con domande volte a conoscere la propria personalità e il proprio stato attuale in termini lavorativi e di studi. Possibilità di fare domande inerenti al lavoro per cui ci si è proposti.
