I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Kanpur Nagar) in Oct 2020
Interview
The hiring process started with a technical exam that was followed by a coding test which included two questions. Out of the two questions, one was easy and the other one was of medium difficulty. Anyone with a basic knowledge of any programming language can easily solve them. Later, there was a communication assessment which was not a knock out round. After clearing all these rounds, I was called for the interview which was a technical + hr round, headed by a panel of two. The interview went for about 20 minutes and it was more like a discussion. They just wanted to know about our communication skills and our nature. Not a single technical question was asked. After a week, I received a mail from Accenture that informed me that I had been selected as a SE. One thing you need to focus on during the interview is your project. There will certainly be a huge discussion about it.

The test was easy, barring the C++ portion. The test suite was a bit broken at times though and required multiple reloads.
