Interview
Process was absurdly long. Applied through a referral and was contacted for a phone interview with a recruiter about 1-2 weeks later. Next, I was invited to take a technical assessment in a coding language of my choice. I don't have a lot of coding experience and I found the assessment to be relatively easy. The next interview was with a team lead and took about 1-2 months to schedule. It consisted mostly of behavioral questions and questions about my experience. The final interview took 2-3 months to schedule and was a 3-part interview. First part was another easier coding exam, second part was an interview with 2 team leads, and last part was with a manager. I was extended an offer roughly 4-5 months after my initial interview, but I chose not to take it because the salary seemed a bit low.

It was smooth. The people were very nice, honest and understanding. It does have a technical component that you need to prepare for. The turnaround time was just as promised, one week.

long timeline starting with phone screening with a recruiter. then a video call with a team lead which was pretty casual about background and a few behavioral questions. with the team lead interview there is a small coding assessment. then a final interview consisting of another coding assessment with a team member, a video behavioral interview with two team leads, and a video interview with the hiring manager. all the conversations felt really casual with basic behavioral questions.
