Interview
They selected me after the online assessment and even I cleared the technical round only last round was left. Again they stated that I need to give the assessment because they had not recorded the assessment and there was a technical glitch after two week.
Just wasting the candidate time and giving hope and then reject the candidate with annoying reason, and one main thing is they don't even inform us prior if any assessment need to be given or if there is any technical glitch.
I faced this issue and I was waiting for the interviewer, I even tried calling but there was no response after 2 days I got a mail there was some issue with the link.. So this is basically the behavior of the employees, hr and interviewers there very disappointed
Even the hr of the company don't know how the interview process is, when asked he gave the help desk number and stated you can ask the interview process there.
Self introduction and projects explanation in detail. More focused on general questions rather than technical side. Very easy to crack. Mine was a virtual interview but the result took almost 4 months.
It was a two round process where 1st round involved technical question and 2nd round mostly managerial round where they test your ability to manage the project and how you handle the situtation

It was automated via a Talegent assessment, including learning agility, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, innovation/creativity, tech-saviness/curiosity, English language skills, and C++.
The test was easy, barring the C++ portion. The test suite was a bit broken at times though and required multiple reloads.
