Interview
Clean and friendly interview process with good atmosphere and also the questions were mainly focused on testing confidence and knowledge on what the candidate has put in areas of his/her interest. On whole the interview looked very planned and neat.
It was a two round process where 1st round involved technical question and 2nd round mostly managerial round where they test your ability to manage the project and how you handle the situtation

It was automated via a Talegent assessment, including learning agility, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, innovation/creativity, tech-saviness/curiosity, English language skills, and C++.
The test was easy, barring the C++ portion. The test suite was a bit broken at times though and required multiple reloads.
