I had applied for the role online and I got a call from the recruitment team. The recruiter who called sounded very indifferent and I was not happy with the way I was approached.
le processurs commence par un Entretien RH classique. puis entretien avec le manager de l'équipe. Puis un cas avec un expert de l'entreprise, il faut bien réfléchir ! Bonne expérience dans l'ensemble.
The HR round was the first one - Asked about Why I want to join a tech firm and where do I see myself in next 5 years. What are some of your strengths and weaknesses?

Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
