I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Apr 2014
Interview
The process started in Jan 2014 when I applied through a job consultant. In April 1st week I got to know that my resume has been shortlisted and the interview process will begin soon. Subsequently, following was the process:
Interview 1: Phone interview by a Manager- This was an in-depth interview of 1 hr 30 min. Questions were asked from my past experience mentioned on my resume. There was a case interview question as well from the domain area for which I had applied for.
Interview 2: Phone Interview by a Senior Manager: This was again an in-depth interview which lasted for 1hr. There was case interview based on the short scenario given.A structured response was required. Also use of frameworks was encouraged to answer this. Then there was lot of difficult questions asked to check my eagerness to join Consulting. Also there were quite a number of behavioural questions asked. This was by far the toughest interview to crack.
Interview 3: Face to face interview with a Partner: This was for the duration of 1 hr 15 min. 3 sets of behavioural questions asked with each scenario being different. There were detailed questioning based on the answers given. Again a very difficult interview to crack.
Interview 4: Face to face interview with another Partner: This was for the duration of 15 min. This was majorly a fit interview to check how I am going to align with the present team.
Finally the offer was released in May 2014.
