I had applied via Referral. They asked to be in lobby and called randomly for a video interview. It was was quite good experience. Accenture is not easy to get .

It was a two round process where 1st round involved technical question and 2nd round mostly managerial round where they test your ability to manage the project and how you handle the situtation
