called for direct interview through AMCAT scores..just had to go through a technical round and hr round. The technical round was very easy as the he did not ask me any technical question..except that what all topics have i learnt in c++..and my final year project. In the HR round..i was drilled to the core.may be due to the non technical branch(biotech)..asked all types of HR questions..tell me about yourself..any conflict that you have faced in life...how do you rate yourself as a team player..name top 3 indian IT companies..what motivated you to join an IT firm..why accenture..etc.

Question 1
do you think you are at par with the ones who are already from a technical branch like CS/IT and if not..then how will you cope up with that challenge.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
