I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Jun 2021
Interview
The interview was for an hour. The interviewer asked basic Angular, JS, HTML, and CSS questions.
The interview process was very smooth. The interviewer was also quite friendly.
There was no managerial round, so a lot of my questions were never answered.
Rest everything was good. But I felt there should be more transparency. The candidate if selected should get some insights about the career path and the kind of work they'll be doing once they join the organization.
It felt as if they were hiring to add more people to their bench strength.
There was a good joining bonus and other perks, but the in-hand salary offered was way below the industry standards.
