It was a Technical cum HR interview, they asked some questions on basics of programming language(for me python) and then HR questions. The difficulty of the questions was easy and general. The interviewer was calm and friendly. He made me feel comfortable and then slowly asked questions.

Attitude is the key! No matter the amount of technical knowledge you have, it does not matter, if you do not fit with them, They’re looking for potential managers who can see the big picture and lead their company

Expect further questions, for instance just saying, “I want to lead a team in 3 years” would be replied by “What exactly do you mean by ‘leading’”?
They check for deeper understanding and not top-of-the-box answers, don’t worry, just take some time and think before you answer

It is a good experience recurring team did their job good. It is of three rounds and it is done very fast interviewer was good and there is the this round which is very import and everyone should prepare this round very carefully and be prepared
