DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME, YOU WILL BE MISLED! Especially don’t bother if you weren’t born in the subcontinent, you won’t like it here. I went through 2 official stages of interview, skills interview and closing interview. The skills interview didn’t go well in my opinion - one of the interviewers was rude, but I still made it to the next stage. Thankfully the final interview was much more pleasant and I was expecting an offer by then, which is also what the recruiter confirmed when he called me afterwards. BUT LET ME TELL YOU, THE PROCESS WAS NOT OVER YET. In between the 2 interviews and even after I got the call with the offer I for more calls from a bunch of other people from the company who never state their business and ask you 500 different technical questions. What is the flipping point of the skills interview then?? Anyway then after a couple more calls/emails with the recruiter around some minor details e.g. salary and start date - all which I was perfectly happy with, he has not contacted me since even though I was expecting an offer. BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE. While I am still waiting for SOME KIND OF RESPONSE, especially after leading me on and wasting so much of my time - it’s the least they could do if they don’t want to hire me anymore, I saw them put up another ad on LinkedIn FOR THE SAME ROLE. Very unprofessional and I’m not surprised given that nobody I know has anything good to say about the place!

Question 1
For the closing interview, be prepared to tell a bit about yourself and why you want the role at Accenture. I prepared some STAR questions but didn’t need them, since it’s mostly a chat. This is the most pleasant stage of the process, but please do prepare!
The skills interview on the other hand was quite unpleasant. For me the questions were average things you could google about frameworks and applications I’ve used, but then again I barely prepared. Things like “when would you use xyz” would be the hardest they’d get. Most of them were “what is abc?” Or “what is the difference between xyz?”. They might also ask you about your experience and how long you’ve used each tool/framework. Also “how would you rate yourself out of 10 in abc?”. No STAR questions.
Good and user friendly. Easy and clear timeliness Provided by the HR. I did not face any challenges during the interview. Even their interview app is easy to use with good connectivity.
