Intimidating at first but smooth sailing afterwards. I definitely wouldn’t go in there thinking extremely hard. Just be yourself; whoever that might be. The company is full of real people who love real people.

Why do you thing you’re a good fit for this company?
It was smooth. The people were very nice, honest and understanding. It does have a technical component that you need to prepare for. The turnaround time was just as promised, one week.

long timeline starting with phone screening with a recruiter. then a video call with a team lead which was pretty casual about background and a few behavioral questions. with the team lead interview there is a small coding assessment. then a final interview consisting of another coding assessment with a team member, a video behavioral interview with two team leads, and a video interview with the hiring manager. all the conversations felt really casual with basic behavioral questions.
