Formal interview that is centered on Competency based questions. Fairly straightforward interview with no difficulties. The interviewers consisted of a TL and a HR rep who were conducting the interview.
Interview with user after several language proficiency test in Bahasa Indonesia and English. The test includes reading, writing and listening. The questions is average, not too easy but not very difficult also. Important to know vocabularies in Bahasa Indonesia or English
