Basic background information and personal development. It was mostly through company referrals from employees. They also want to put people into the technical role not the management track. One person handles all of the logistics for 1 on 1 interviews. So you can continue to follow up with her yearly if you want another interview. They want an answer extremely quick and so be prepared to give an answer in less than three days. In addition you get the full offer packet to review.

It was very smooth and generally questions were from CV itself. One should be thorough with Cv and job description to answer those questions. They are looking for someone who is confident and can handle the challenges in job.

About the previous job experience and cross questions from there
Three interviews: 1. Fit interview, 2. Case interview and 3. Interview with unit lead. Fit interview was on my background and motivations. Case interview included standard problem-solving/market sizing types of questions. The interview with unit lead was more on my expectations with Accenture and the work I might be doing.
Campus recruitment - first started with HR screening on campus, assessment centre (group session with case interview), panel interview and MD 1-2-1 interview the whole process should last for 3-4 months
