Interview
The interview consisted of 3 rounds. The first round was a preliminary screening interview, mostly going over topics on your resume. The second round was a more thorough behavioral interview that required expansion of items on your resume. The third round was simply a confirming interview at the office location, speaking with managers and office personnel.

It was very smooth and generally questions were from CV itself. One should be thorough with Cv and job description to answer those questions. They are looking for someone who is confident and can handle the challenges in job.

Three interviews: 1. Fit interview, 2. Case interview and 3. Interview with unit lead. Fit interview was on my background and motivations. Case interview included standard problem-solving/market sizing types of questions. The interview with unit lead was more on my expectations with Accenture and the work I might be doing.
Campus recruitment - first started with HR screening on campus, assessment centre (group session with case interview), panel interview and MD 1-2-1 interview the whole process should last for 3-4 months
