I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Sep 2023
Interview
It was smooth process followed by the tests
It contained questions from the resume and questions about projects with some hr questions like where do you see yourself in next 5 years why accenture etc it was more like a HR interview than a technical one
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are the technology you are looking to study in the future and how will they be helpful for us and you in the long run
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
