Domande varie da quanto ho capito volevano ben capire se questo ruolo era adatto per essendo un neolaurato e non avendo ancora molta esperienza nel settore. Quindi ho risposto molto bene e devo dire che l’intervistatore è stato comprensivo.
Colloquio di gruppo con altri candidati. L'obiettivo era testare la personalità dei candidati e la loro attitudine alla risoluzione dei problemi. Probabilmente vi era anche una fase di osservazione dei candidati durante la fase di preparazione delle attività.
Chiacchierata conoscitiva, con domande volte a conoscere la propria personalità e il proprio stato attuale in termini lavorativi e di studi. Possibilità di fare domande inerenti al lavoro per cui ci si è proposti.
