Horrendous. Interviewing someone and giving them some tasks that takes 2-3 hours to complete only to tell them the position is closed 2 weeks later when applicant email them about.

Ti contattano per un colloquio video di 5 min e se va bene ti invitano nella loro sede per una giornata. La giornata dura mezza mattinata ed é volta ad approfondire grado di competenza
Nel colloquio non hanno fatto altro che parlare di laurea quando conosco molte persone che sono entrate anche senza, quindi non ha senso proprio la domanda in sè, anche perche di mio conosco molto di piu di un universitario cio nonostante non posso mettere in pratica visto che non ti danno l’opportunità.
