Interview
It was a phone interview to begin with discussing my CV, following this it was a day long group exercise to be accepted in the ACG which is the graduate start group. This group exercise consisted of project planning, forecasts and some individual exams. Basically just make sure you are active in the group work and approachable and not bossy.
