There are two parts to the first assessment:
first, An interview will be conducted via phone. You will be asked questions about your career focus and interest in Accenture, so be ready to talk about your activities, work experience and achievements.next, You will receive an email with a link to an online assessment that you will need to complete no later than 24 hours after your phone interview. this is a compilation of different question you feel suits you best.
after this If your skills and experience suit the position, they will move forward to the second assessment at an Accenture office for an in-person case and confirming interview. the applicant should be provided with more details as they progress through the process.
there is a Phone screen and then first round case interview, afterwards second round group case lastly slide submission for a case interview. Fairly straightforward, there were differences from interviewee to interviewee
