Interview
I had 4 rounds of interview:
1. Digital Interview
2. Personality Assessment
3. Case interview
4. Closing Interview
Only made it to the 3rd round. Relatively easy interview process.
Digital interview: Required me to log onto a website and record my answers to each interview question. Had about 10 seconds to prepare before each question and 1 min to answer for longer questions and ~30 secs for shorter questions. Lasted about 30 minutes. Mostly asked about my knowledge on Accenture, why I want to work there, my understanding of technology etc.
Case interview: Gave me about 7 pages of information and I needed to identify main challenges and give a recommendation for each challenge then present to the interviewer. More like an enjoyable conversation.

Three interviews: 1. Fit interview, 2. Case interview and 3. Interview with unit lead. Fit interview was on my background and motivations. Case interview included standard problem-solving/market sizing types of questions. The interview with unit lead was more on my expectations with Accenture and the work I might be doing.
