Describe the Interview Process:
The interview process at Accenture for the Associate role was structured into three main rounds:
Online Assessment: The first stage involved an online assessment that tested basic aptitude and logical reasoning skills. This round was crucial in evaluating foundational problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge.
Coding Round: The second round was a coding challenge where I had to solve algorithmic problems using Java. This round assessed my programming skills, problem-solving approach, and understanding of core concepts in Java.
Technical Interview: The final round was a technical interview, where I discussed various projects I had worked on and answered questions related to Java. This round also included discussions about my problem-solving strategies and my approach to coding challenges.

3 stage case interview, each lasting 1h with a behavioural question as well. The final interivew was with a partner. Each case study was vastly different from the rest, with some ops focused and others mbb
Very fast paced. Questions were a mix of puzzles and consulting scenarios. Interviewed during Covid so everything was virtual. There was a 2-3 hr long OA ahead of the interview with detailed feedback. And interview itself was like a virtual super day with group interviews and solo rounds.
