Full day of groupcase, two individual cases and two interviews. The goal is not to answer the case questions correctly, but that you manage to show that you are structured in work method. Tips is to prep on a strategy and make it clear how you think and work with problems.

Tell us about a time where you worked on a project with multiple participants and the dynamic was not good, how did you handle that situation?
It is easy process
First they conduct intenal aptitude test
Then group discussion
Later face to face interview
Not that much hard if you answer 70% questions you will be hire
They asked very basic technology questions, any one can answer, but they won't recruit as they play with people by conducting interviews even they do not have any openings ... I am satisfied with interview process
