Initial Exam, followed by a communication test then the HR plus technical interview which is done by the same person. Not many HR questions and easy technical questions. They seem to ask this common question to everyone - what's your least favourite subject/course. Most of the discussion was about the project.
The selection process consisted of three rounds: an aptitude test, an AI-based communication round, and a face-to-face interview. In the final round, we discussed my projects in detail along with several behavioral questions assessing problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
