I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Gurgaon, Haryana)
Interview
Interview was very easy. Just asked few questions on Data structure and algorithms. and then talked about the project I have worked on so far and about the internship as well.
Process took so long but they completed it in a couple of months, and they just wasted a lot of time with knowing the employee expectations. At the end they didn't even offer what i am getting paid at that time.
I gave an assessment last week and scheduled an interview tomorrow. Till now there is no mail regarding the interview. And no update about the interview here. Candidates are still waiting; poor management and irresponsibility

Total HR Chaos and Disrespect for Candidates' Time
I cleared two full technical rounds for the exact same position within 20 days and successfully met the selection bar. However, I was later informed that the interviewer realized mid-interview that their system showed "positions filled." Accenture’s HR is completely disconnected from project teams, running ghost interview loops just to hit metrics for frozen headcounts even after selecting a candidate. Utterly unprofessional backend operations—do not waste your energy interviewing here until they fix their broken recruitment portals.
