I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Singapore)
Interview
First interview round was a HireVue digital interview in which one is given 3 minutes to answer each question, and 1 minute to think beforehand. Because of that, the interview felt more impersonal and stress-inducing. There were 3 questions in total, fairly standard interview questions.

why do you want to join? tell me about your past experiences and why would you like to work in Accenture. Also what did you studied in university and which was your favourite subject
Applied then got invited to a digital case day with the following activities:
Digital Introduction in group regarding the company, followed by digital behavorial interview and lastly technical interview/brain teasers.

Il processo del colloquio è stato abbastanza lineare e semplice. Ho parlato con l’HR telefonicamente e fatto un colloquio su meet con tre membri del team. Il riscontro è arrivato nel giro di un mese e mezzo.
