I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Milan) in Apr 2012
Interview
It was very fast, 3 weeks in total from the first call to the last interview.
I was contacted by an HR guy that asked me an updated CV. Then I had a call interview with two Senior Manager: it was technical, on my area of expertise, and then they asked me some questions in english, in order to understand my language level.
Then I had an interview in their office with another Senior Manager and it was very easy, I think because he received some good feedbacks on my first interview from his colleagues.
Finally I had the last meeting with a Senior Executive (Partner): he asked me a lot of questions about my previous projects, even about durations and budgets, in order to understand my background.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
First interview: questions about technical things, processes, english knowledge.
Second interview: it was more a chat than an interview.
Third interview: questions about my previous projects, budgets, complexity, etc
The recruiter reached out to me to check if im interested to apply.
After initial contact it took a follow up to get a first round. I was immediately pushed to the next round which went ok in my opinion.
But after that its been more than a couple of weeks and I havent even heard back from them despite following up once.
This is a very poor interview process if the recruiter cant even send an automated rejection email.
