Accenture Technology Associate interview questions

This was for the Tech Analyst program. There was 4 rounds. One with the recruiter, second with a manager with some general questions (screening) and behavioral questions, third was a case study and four was a confirmation interview making sure you were a really great fit for this position and making sure you knew exactly what you were getting yourself into.

The first interview was a 1 hour phone interview. Very basic questions to explain your resume and ask any questions regarding the role/company. The second interview was a 1 hour case, followed by a 1 hour phone interview with a different person. The case was a business problem with a lot of given information. The interviewer asks questions to guide and try to understand your thinking. The second phone interview asked more behavioral and situational questions like "Tell me a time when..." Overall I had a good interview process, besides having trouble getting into contact with my recruiter occasionally. I received an offer without doing a on-site interview.
