Smooth and one day hire process only. The interview is more of a self introductory and assessing your personality. Very friendly to fresh grad applicants. After the exam, you will be called for initial and once passed, you will be directed to the final interview in just one day.

The HR's there will help you with the actual guidelines but you might also come across few unnecessary rude heads where they will release the offer without having any discussion with you. But however, you can proceed the issue with the manager who hired you in case if you have a concern regarding the same.
