Fairly easy just applied and went through to a one way interview. It was just speaking to a camera with some questions on a screen a bit nerve wracking as you never see the person on the other side watching your recording

What would you say is the greatest invocation in society
I applied online. I interviewed at Acciona (Melbourne) in Jun 2026
Interview
I was invited to complete a one-way video interview, which was advertised as taking around 10 minutes. In reality, the process required considerably more time once preparation, recording, and reviewing responses were included.
What disappointed me most wasn't being unsuccessful, but the lack of communication afterward. It's now been over a month with no update or acknowledgement. I assume I wasn't selected, but a simple rejection email would have demonstrated respect for the time candidates invested.
One-way interviews are already a fairly impersonal hiring method. Combined with complete silence afterward, the experience felt dehumanizing and left a negative impression of the company's recruitment process.
I hope Acciona improves its candidate communication by providing timely updates, even if they're automated.

Question 1
"Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult stakeholder or team member. How did you handle it?" (All questions to be answered under 2-to-3-minute time.)
El proceso es sencillo: consta de una entrevista inicial con el equipo de recursos humanos y posteriormente otra reunión con la responsable directa del puesto para valorar experiencia y encaje.
