Not well structured, they were not very clear on the process. The manager interviewing was very awkward and clearly wanted textbook answers. When I asked questions about the work culture, as I had read bad things about how they treated employees during lockdown, the interviewing manager brushed them off quickly. I don’t believe they treat their staff right and there are a lot of people there will and old school mindset.
