Ace Hardware Associate Store Manager interview questions

Applied to a Manhattan location for the Associate Store Manager job but looking more for the Sales Associate job. Was asked to do a phone interview. I got 3 minutes in before the interviewer claimed he had to make calls, but promised to get back to me later that day. He did not. I emailed him the next day to ask if he wanted to continue our conversation. He did not respond to that either.
