Hiring Manager was extremely nice and caring. Interview questions were simple enough, ensuring that you give proper customer service and are right to be in the job field. After that, he made sure I was properly trained and made me confident to do my job.
The process was super easy. It was only two steps with both being social meetings. The first was an over-the-phone interview that lasted around 10 minutes. Then a later in-person meeting that lasted about 15 minutes.
I researched the company, arrived early, answered technical and personal questions confidently, asked about daily work, thanked the interviewer, sent a follow-up email, and later received an offer for the position.
