All 3 managers sat in the room and all of them interviewed me at the same time, they had me identify basic tools then sent me out of the room while they decided

They had me Identify some tools, It wasn't that hard, it was like a wrench and a bolt and a screw, Just the basics which you should know if your going to work at a hardware store.
The process was super easy. It was only two steps with both being social meetings. The first was an over-the-phone interview that lasted around 10 minutes. Then a later in-person meeting that lasted about 15 minutes.
I researched the company, arrived early, answered technical and personal questions confidently, asked about daily work, thanked the interviewer, sent a follow-up email, and later received an offer for the position.

Asked the normal questions, and I thought it went well until I asked about if hired, asking for a day off that I had already planned. and a man behind me on the comment had to make a snard comment about it.
