ACER Philippines - One of my worst interview experiences EVER. 1st interview with HR - She is obviously bored about her job. Not a lot of questions asked. It's as if she just wants everything to end and pass the recruitment responsibility to others. She told me to attend another interview on a TENTATIVE date. A day before the supposed interview, I got no confirmation from her so I decided to text her. She even thanked me for reminding her. I mean, come on? Is that how you treat a candidate or even your own employees? 2nd interview with I-can't-even-remember-his-position - This interview was completely UNNECESSARY. The guy who interviewed me was not even the boss or the hiring manager. He was just thrown in to the process by that recruitment girl who clearly doesn't know what she does. Anyway, the interview was great and smooth (or so I thought). It even lasted FOR AN HOUR (I actually timed it). We had a handshake and the interview ended well. After the interview, he gave me no instructions on what to do. I've waited for another HOUR and the HR girl who recruited me first came in to the room only to tell me that they are considering other applicants and will just inform me if I will go on to the next step (as if they will). The recruitment process stopped there. Got no feedback from them ever since. I have no issues if I failed the interview. It's the employees' lack of professionalism that really pissed me off.
