I had 2 interviews. The first interview was with a manager, she was very nice. No complaints about her. My second interview was with the ceo's wife, personally I don't blame all the bad reviews on Glassdoor and indeed. The CEO's wife came off very standoffish. She didnt seem engaging or have a personality. After meeting her regardless if I got offered the job I wasn't sure if I really want it, mainly because I thought to myself it would be awful if I had to report to her everyday. Over a week goes by.. I reach out regarding the position. I get a email saying we are going with another candidate. Which is completely fine, because like I said I wasn't sure if I wanted it anyway. But, in the interview they mentioned numerous times it's important to keep in contact with interviewers. Yet they can't even do what they preach?
