Received an email for an interview appointment after applying for the position via Glassdoor. In hindsight I wish I had requested a phone interview first... would have saved both sides some time. Went to the interview and everyone I met was very nice.. but it seemed like they had already rejected me before I got there. (The first clue of that was being told my resume had been shredded and they didn’t have a copy handy).. I felt like the process could have been handled more efficiently. I didn’t hear anything for 1.5 weeks and then I contacted them (via email) and was then told they were pursuing other candidates..
