Interview
Theres a tour and a guest lesson then a traditional interview. The guest lesson is nerve racking but the kids are generally recieving. They really want to measure your ability to control a class room. Yoh get 20 minutes which seems like a lot but rrally flys. Be sure to allot at least three hours for the process. Overall pleasant experience.
I interviewed at Achievement First (Providence, RI)
Interview
The interview process seemed to be quite simple and straight forward. I spoke with a recruiter after I applied and did a phone interview with them before setting up an interview for in person with the principal. The entire process was pretty straight forward and explained prior to the in person interview.
