Interview
I had to plan a demo lesson, teach the demo lesson, have an on-site interview and school walk through. I had to go to the school I was interviewing at early in the day and was given a timeline of how it would work. My recruiter was there with me and helped answer any questions I may have. I also got a chance to meet students and talk to current teachers and faculty about their time at the school.
Recruiter reached out and scheduled an informal 30-minute phone interview, which was followed by an application with essay questions, then a longer scheduled virtual interview including preparing a lesson plan.

Interview was well put together. 2 phone interviews then a final interview with the principal and other figures giving a demo lesson. Also had another one where I practiced in front of a recruiter before my final.

Interview
The process is pretty straight forward application, phone interview, references, and demo lesson interview. The demo lesson was a video call due to the epidemic with the school principal, talent acquisition member, and 2 deans. During all exchange of contact they were very genuine and welcoming.
