Written test followed by two technical rounds, then one HR round, followed by one more P.I/technical round. Not at all satisfied by interview process. Atleast Be clear on your requirements, skill set required, CTC bandwidth limit. Dont fool the candidates. Atleast provide the feedback to the candidates who are taking time from their schedule & coming for the interviews. Even if you have cleared all the rounds, you will be asked to leave without any feedback, where they will tell you they will get back to you in particular time(next day). So, as told by Hr, when you will try to contact her , She ll keep on ignoring your calls. RENU from HR team will conduct your interviews, but will hardly be concerned about picking your calls to give you feedback, even if you have cleared the interview process. You will keep on wondering about what where went wrong. Alteast be firm on your words. Provide feedback to candidates. If some one has cleared the interview process please update them about the same. Dont keep them wondering. This is the difference between the HR team from CMM level 3 company and CMM level 5 company. Dont spoil the image of company whom the candidates are thinking to join.
