It was a nightmare, I felt like I was speaking with an enemy I'd never met. The interviewer seemed a bit combative to say the least and not kind at all. It was all about my past and nothing about the current position even though I tried asking about it

The guy was asking me about jobs I had 16 years ago and compensation plans that had absolutely no relevance to the position I was applying for. I was totally caught off guard as it made no sense. He was also talking about people we knew in common as if that was relevant and telling me he grew up at the person's home. Totally un professional
