I have applied though Linkedin, got call with the recruiter and then a call with the hiring manager (in California). After the call with the manager I met 2 members of the UK team, one of them was a manager. The meeting went well and they invited me to give a live demo of the product the week after. I spent quite some time preparing the demo, at least 3 days. After the demo they told me they would come back with a feedback the week after but....nothing, nobody called. I have sent a polite email but they ignored it. After 1 month I wrote again to the recruiter and this time he responded, apologising! He also wrote that the position has been frozen and he was waiting for the "financial team approval". Fair enough.... A week after I have been contacted by an independent recruiter who was looking for a Sales Engineer on behalf of a company called Act-On! Well done Act-On! You totally demonstrated how bad you are.
