Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"I have a stack of resumes. Why would I hire you"?
2 interviews with management. One interview included bringing in someone from the sales team to ask me additional questions. Mostly probing to see if I would fit their current culture. Also asked to provide a quick demo of the software.
Interview was quick, the process was great. Clearly a startup as some of their processes weren't defined. I met with the recruiter first, then the hiring manager and a rep was in the interview, which was rather weird.
