Interview
Two interviews with a recruiter and one with the hiring manager. If you get past those you go in for a half day.
My first two interviews with my recruiter were fantastic, he seemed really enthusiastic and really liked me. The only thing I didn’t love was how much they pried for information about where else you’re applying (asking for names of companies, how much you like them, etc.).
Got sent to the hiring manager I’d be seeing at the office after. She was personal at first, but I could tell she was texting and looking at her phone a lot after a while. She didn’t apologize or acknowledge it at all. She told me I did good and to tell my recruiter I did good and they’d get back to me in a few days.
It’s now been weeks and despite emailing and calling both of them, they have completely ignored me. I’ve never been ghosted this late in the process before, only having one round to go, but I think I dodged a bullet so it’s okay.

Interview
It was a long interview process that took over a month and consisted 2 phone screens, a zoom meeting and half day in the office. I was really looking forward to trying recruiting so
I was actually pretty excited but alas I did not get an offer. I am pretty skeptical on how good your chances are if you do make it to the half day because I don’t actually think they NEED to hire anyone. My advice would be expect it to be a lengthy process and to give it a 50/50 chance to be hired. Also it had a little bit of gym team/sorority vibe like it seemed like they wanted to keep you out of their clique. It wasn’t a negative experience, it just turned out to be a waste of time and Im still not sure if they were ever actually interested. The one positive experience was the internal recruiter I dear with was extremely nice and professional
And never made me feel uncomfortable. I am going to be less naive when interviewing with other staffing companies.

Interview
Very professional and honest - was quick but thorough. I appreciated their transparency and how friendly their interviewers were. They had great communication and were clear on most of their expectations - had to ask lots of questions though.
