My recruiter called and we discussed my background and experience briefly and they said that they would get in contact with the hiring managers about if they wanted to continue with the interview process. The next day I received another call saying they did want to continue so we scheduled a video interview with my recruiter where we discussed my resume and went through all of my experience and I was asked to provide references that the recruiter would then check. They edited and rewrote my resume throughout the interview. The following two days I got updates about where they were with contacting my references and with submitting my resume. The next week I got another call to schedule a video interview with the hiring managers and my recruiter also wanted to schedule an interview prep session with me. When I declined the prep, they were very pushy about it. The final interview was very generic interview questions. After the interview, my recruiter came back to me and asked if I would accept an offer with the terms we discussed if it were offered to me which I declined to give an official answer to. I received an offer 3 days later. I asked about an offer letter and was told they don't usually do that unless specifically requested, which makes it seem as though I was supposed to accept a verbal offer from them and that would be it. Overall the interview process was pretty fast and easy, but the recruiter was overly communicative and pushy about wanting information from me right away which turned me off of wanting the position.
